Job Title: 1st Shift CNC Operator

Location: 2600 Harrison Ave, Rockford, IL
Leading Edge Hydraulics, an ISO 9001 Registered Company, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated 1st Shift CNC Operator to join our team in Rockford, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality hydraulic components.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision hydraulic components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- All other assigned duties
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator preferred
- Knowledge of CNC programs an d operation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work 1st shift hours
