Shift: Days, Days: Monday Thursday, 8:00 5:00, Friday 8:00 2:30 - 40 hrs/week

• 1 year of experience working as a full-time Occupational Therapist
• Clinical experience within the last 2 years
• Current State Licensure
• Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
