Nurse Manager of Med Surg – Ortho
We are searching for a motivated leader for the Nurse Manager of Med Surg – Ortho position for a well-known health organization in Ft. Worth, Texas!
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer, the Med/Surg Orthopedic Nurse Manager shares 24-hour accountability and additional responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of the Medical Surgical department. Functions will be performed in accordance with the nurse practitioner in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 year of Recent Acute Care Leadership experience within Unit REQUIRED.
• Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing; Baccalaureate degree in nursing required.
• RN with current licensure or RN with temporary permit to practice from the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Salary Base: $84K - $127K
