Long-Term Care RN – Skilled Nursing Facility
LOCAL ONLY
Pay Rate per Hour: $40-$45
Total Gross Pay Weekly: $1,600- $1,800

Our RN contracts demand top-level clinical skills and offer a variety of locations near your home to help keep you fresh and motivated.
We’re currently looking for a local Registered Nurse (RN) who is willing to commit to a 30-day contract in DC.
When you join the LeaderStat team as an Registered Nurse, you’ll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment. They will work with you to coordinate onboarding and provide support throughout your entire assignment.
Job Duties
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop personalized care plans for residents
  • Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and their families
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Taking and monitoring vital signs
  • Administering medications
  • Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
  • Providing companionship and comfort to all residents
Job Requirements/Qualifications
  • At least one year of clinical experience in a long-term care setting (skilled nursing facility, assisted living, etc.) as an RN
  • Active RN license in DC
  • Possess empathy and passion for serving others
  • Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members
  • Up-to-date certifications/compliance:
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) via the American Heart Association (AHA)
    • Two-step TB test
    • Physical exam within the last 12 months
