Overview:
Leaders Staffing seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Technician for our partner located in Elkhart, IN. This position is full time, temp to hire role with our client. As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Would like the ideal person to have 4-5 years of experience quality control as well as in the Wiring Harness and precision measuring instruments will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Duties:
* Basic understanding of blueprint reading
* Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic PC knowledge.
* Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodology.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs
*Perform routine QC inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify product dimensions
- Analyze test results and identify any deviations from specifications
- Collaborate with the QA/QC team to develop and implement quality control procedures
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant industry standards
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of all quality control activities
Experience:
* 4-5 years of previous experience as a Quality control Technician.
- Experience in ISO-9000, COC, paperwork.
* A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
* Wire Harness experience.
* Basic understanding of blueprint reading
* Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic PC knowledge.
* Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodology.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in measurements and documentation
