Leaders Staffing is seeking detail-oriented Production Workers to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that parts are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. This position requires proficient Spanish and English and may require facilitation of work instructions as needed.

Production duties:

• Machine Operation
• Training in different areas
• Follow safety and company rules
• Translation of work instructions as needed
• Data records
• Attention to detail

Hours:

• 2nd shift - 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Pay:

• Starts at 19.50 hr.
