About the RoleDog Tag is seeking a seasoned nonprofit executive to lead the day-to-day management of our team, operations, and finances. Reporting to and working in close partnership with the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our people support, IT, facilities, finances, and operations. The COO will lead and manage a full and part-time staff of 14 and vendors, cultivating an inclusive and collaborative culture, and ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals. Reporting to the CEO, the COO is a key member of DTI’s senior leadership team and participates in critical decisions regarding the organization’s strategy, people, programs, and partnerships. This position requires a minimum of three days full-time in our Georgetown office above our delicious scratch bakery.The top candidate will bring a demonstrated record of successfully managing and innovating the operations of a high-growth, fast-paced nonprofit organization.
