Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Specialist to join our team. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the efficient operation of our organization. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of databases
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Conduct research and gather information to support projects and initiatives
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks

-Complete weekly payroll for approximately 80 employees
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities

-Experience in ADP E-time, SAP, CMMS systems preferred
