Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Helper to join our team. The Maintenance Helper will assist in the maintenance and repair of various equipment and systems within our facility. This is a hands-on role that requires technical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Duties:
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery and replacing parts
- Assist with electrical repairs and installations, including reading schematics and wiring diagrams
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete projects and tasks
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a maintenance or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of field service, high voltage, industrial mechanics, electrical systems, schematics, industrial electrician work, HVAC/R systems, hydraulic systems, and other relevant areas
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
