Leach Camper Sales of Lincoln is the only family owned RV business in Lincoln. We have very little turnover - we have several employees who have been here for over 30 years. Currently we have approximately 50 employees at our dealership.

Service Coordinator works with Retail customers and keeps them informed on the progress.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Must be able to work on Saturdays
• Great organization skills a must. Prioritize tasks and people's needs in a friendly manner. This position can be stressful if you don't have the skill set needed to stay organized
• Greet customers and communicate about the issues they are experiencing. Take pictures and notes of camper and the issues at time of drop off.
• Prepare work order from appointment that was made previously and have possible estimate of time and figures.
• Constant interaction with Service Techs, management and other personnel in dealership to maintain and keep a positive customers relationship, loyalty and strong bond.
• Constant communication via in person, texting, calls or email on upcoming appointments, drop off dates and service work status.
• Prepare purchase orders for sublets and follow through on said PO and the units in a coordinated and arranged system.
• Document and adjust times for labor on repairs and changes on work order in the approved manner and labor expenses. Understand cost vs. retail prices and upcharges on certain line items of a work order.
• Work closely with Warranty Clerk to generate the proper labor and comments to collect the manufacture warranty claims in a timely manner.
• Schedule appointments with customers that have called, emailed or texted into dealership. Take responsibility of the customers camper for the entire time the camper is here for service. Also follow ups and communication on the status of the repair work is mandatory.
• Pick up coordination and payments of all completed work orders. Address the complaints and questions during the time period service work is being completed.
• Able to work at a desk 8 hours a day with multiple people around and constant interruptions. Aptitude to learn software that is unique to the RV culture and business. Plus have computer knowledge of word, excel, google docs and tablets.
• Must have the CSR mentality and tough skin.
• We are looking for someone who is trainable but still knowledgeable in the area of Service Writing. Great customer service and have the patience to perform the duties in a timely manner.
• Plus needs to be a generally a positive and upbeat person that enjoys working with a group of people from different backgrounds, personalities and able to roll with the punches.
