Our clients are businesses that own mortgage loans (such as banks and real estate investment firms). Primary Function The Loan Servicing Specialist I is responsible for handling incoming correspondence as well as completing some system maintenance through tasks. Principal Duties: Run Payoffs Working department tasks Payoffs Verification of Mortgage Processing Return Mail Processing Privacy Notices Processing Verification of Mortgage Meet department standards for both productivity and accuracy Performs related duties as assigned by management. *These essential functions are fundamental to the role, and must be performed on-site, as they cannot physically be performed remotely. In addition, the Company has determined that an in-person presence is important to critical components of our work, including oversight, training, collaboration, and productivity. Items not marked (*) as essential on-site may still require partial on-site work to perform the role satisfactorily. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor’s degree, preferred. 0 - 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Intermediate MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook knowledge. Excellent work ethic, high productivity, and acute attention to detail needed. Must possess a short learning curve related to assimilation of new skills and tasks. Superior written and verbal communication, follow-up skills and a strong sense of accountability a must. Superior organizational skills needed.
