The Surveyor manages quality scores for carriers and performs inspections of move location and identify supplies needed to complete move. Essential Functions and Duties: Make customer service calls and e-mails to customers after delivery Strategically schedule calls and e-mails Report daily call/e-mail activity Communicate with claims department to ensure customer is satisfied Visit customer’s location and walk through with customer Estimate total number of boxes, packing material, etc. will be needed to complete move efficiently and effectively Communicate with customer to alleviate any concerns or difficulties with the customer’s move process Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of company software Good computer skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent organization skills Excellent communication skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Knowledge of military move and claims process Required Education and Experience: Required: High school diploma or GED Working Conditions: Indoors Office Environment Sitting for long periods of time Frequent use of telephone Take part in a company that has been successful for over 100 years and is still growing - join the Coleman Team today!
