Join us in shaping the future of our organization's FM service offering. *Must be willing to travel 50% of the time* Job Description Benefits: 401(k) Dental Insurance Health Insurance Vision Insurance Bonus Potential Unlimited Vacation Plan Cell Phone Stipend Tickets at Work Responsibilities: Strategic Facilities Engineering Planning: Refine, develop, and implement a comprehensive strategy aligned with our FM platform strategy Conduct regular assessments of existing client facilities to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives. Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects related to facilities management, in partnership with out clients and inhouse project management vertical Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards. Serve as engineering subject matter expert for all technical projects Maintenance and Operations: Refine and maintain preventative maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing functionality and safety of facilities, focused on reliability and life cycle cost analysis Work with internal CMMS and Systems team to standardize PM data requirements Implement efficient operational processes to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Coordinate with maintenance teams to address emergency situations promptly. Energy Efficiency and Sustainability: Drive initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability across facilities. Oversee platform services offerings for sustainability services via inhouse and strategic partnerships Evaluate and recommend green technologies to reduce the environmental impact of operations of our clients Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in sustainable facilities management. Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing engineering team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members. Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture within the engineering department. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align facilities management strategies accordingly. Negotiate contracts and agreements with third-party service providers. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, , or a relevant experience Proven experience in a leadership role with a focus on facilities management operations Exceptional problem-solving skills High emotional intelligence Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. In-depth knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other relevant engineering disciplines. Diverse industry background in portfolios such as banking, industrial, manufacturing, data centers, etc. Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. Must be willing to travel 50% Work Environment Small-to-large office environment Fast paced office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments and shop environments. Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise.
