Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties: - Greet guests and escort them to their tables - Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage offerings - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals - Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional and courteous manner - Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction - Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have finished their meals - Process guest payments using POS systems such as Aloha POS or cash registers - Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide exceptional guest service - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment Experience: - Previous experience in bussing, guest services, or food service is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable is a plus - Cash handling experience is desired We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
