**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment. **Duties:** - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes - Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and cafe - Take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and operate the cash register - Provide friendly and efficient customer service - Upsell cafe products and promote specials to customers **Skills:** - Proficiency in making various coffee beverages - Strong basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Knowledge of food safety standards and practices - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Experience with sales techniques to promote products - Familiarity with food handling procedures - Competency in using cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems If you are passionate about coffee, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic cafe setting, we would love to have you join our team as a Barista.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.93 - $16.44 per hour
