Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will have a background in skincare, makeup, or fashion, along with extensive experience in social media management, knowledge of KPIs, and expertise in paid advertising. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to develop and execute innovative social media strategies that engage our audience, promote our brand, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, that highlights our products and brand values.
• Social Media Management: Manage Le Mieux Skincare's social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and fostering engagement with our audience.
• Social Media Optimization Responsibilities: Optimize social media content for improved visibility and engagement, utilizing relevant keywords, hashtags, and tags to enhance discoverability on social media platforms and search engines.
• Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, beauty bloggers, and content creators in the skincare industry to promote our products and expand our reach.
• Campaign Coordination: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and giveaways, to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Product Photography, Video, and Editing: Capture high-quality product images and edit them for use in social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Copywriting: Write engaging and persuasive copy for social media captions, advertisements, and promotional materials, maintaining consistency with our brand voice and messaging.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and analyze performance data to measure effectiveness.
• Paid Advertising: Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance monitoring.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on skincare trends, social media best practices, and platform updates to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 4 years of experience in social media management, in the skincare, makeup, or fashion industry.
• Extensive knowledge of social media KPIs and experience with analytics platforms.
• Experience planning and executing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Strong product photography and editing skills.
• Willingness to attend select photo shoots and events to capture content (25% travel).
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other content creation apps preferred.
• Passion for skincare and a deep understanding of the beauty industry.
