ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises daily Housekeeping operations including, but not limited to, maintaining cleanliness, service and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
• Assign room list to guest room attendants.
• Ensure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate department’s activities with other departments to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.
• Assist department manager in maintaining close control and inventory of guest room and household supplies, linen and equipment.
• Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
• Enforce procedures for the acceptance, security, and return of guest lost and found items.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a similar capacity.
• Ability to communicate information effectively to management and guests.
• Previous lightspeed PMS experience preferred.
• Open availability mornings and evenings including weekends and holidays is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Able to bend, twist, squat, reach and walk with ease.
• Stand constantly.
