Our mission is to bring soccer to everybody by delivering the best experience and an experience that goes beyond soccer.

We have two locations in the Sacramento Area: West Sacramento, CA and Rancho Cordova, CA.

What we are looking for

In order to prepare us for this long journey, we are looking for:

Sports Facility Member - Support Staff

Part Time or Full Time Position

Your main task will be to deliver great customer experience and maintain product quality.

You will build the foundation for a future Nation and North-American brand and franchise.

What to expect

We work in a very fun and purposeful environment: Sports and Recreation which makes the tasks and challenges enjoyable.
At the same time, we will need your schedule to be flexible to evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Tasks

General Tasks

• Provide consistent excellent customer experience
• Ensure that all incoming customers are informed of the products available at Le Five
• Have a general knowledge of all product lines offered at Le Five
• Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Operate the POS (cash register) both efficiently and accurately
• Follow all cash, debit, and credit card procedures as per Company Policy

Technical Skills

Experience is not necessarily required.

Preferred:

• Some food service or customer service experience preferred
• Be positive, friendly and passionate to deliver the best experience to our customers
• Must be at least 18 years old (to serve alcohol)

Compensation

Base Salary/hourly: $15.50
