We are seeking a full-time Electrical Installation Technician to build and wire stand-alone electrical systems that power custom-built vehicles. This includes building and wiring control panels, switches, relays, breakers, control modules, power converters, inverters, solar powered systems, and generators.

Job responsibilities include:

• Using electrician and electronics skills to work on heavy duty vehicles
• Installing and terminating low and high voltage wiring. 
• Running and terminating conduit. 
• Laying out and building breaker/control panels.
• Installing touch screens and multiplex control modules.
• Installing electrical components associated with the vehicle systems. 
• Installing lighting products and fixtures. 
• Installing communication radios. 
• Testing and troubleshooting all systems and equipment.

Requirements

Candidates should have these qualifications: 

• Apprenticeship, Bachelor’s, or Associate’s degree in Electronics or equivalent 2 years’ experience a plus.
• Experience with power tools, wiring, and measuring is desired, but we are willing to train the right people!
• Quality, accuracy, and the ability to work within a crew in a fast-paced environment.
• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, upholstery, and/or metal fabrication skills are a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
