Reporting to the Creative Lead, the Creative Marketing Coordinator will play a vital part in supporting the development of our marketing initiatives and ensuring that content aligns with our overall strategy. You will collaborate closely with other team members to create compelling marketing content that promotes brand awareness, drives market development, generates leads, and supports trade event initiatives.

Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit LDJ's core values and culture in all aspects of the job.
  • Support the development and execution of creative marketing initiatives.
  • Generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure that content aligns with the overall brand and campaign objectives.
  • Develop and create compelling visual and written content for various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, print materials, and advertising.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including artwork, copywriting, and printing.
  • Support trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
  • Peforms other related duties as assigned
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong creativity and a genuine passion for marketing, copywriting, and design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and photo manipulation software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ability to think critically and strategically to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and keep up with industry trends and advancements.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and find creative solutions.

Education and Experience:

    High school degree required, BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience is preferred.

Travel:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time with a valid driver’s license.
