Fulfillment Specialist

· Package, stock, and organize products and materials in the warehouse.

· Unload incoming shipments of large packages.

· Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.

· Inspect and cut rolls of upholstery goods.

· Ship via various methods (UPS, FedEx, LTL)

· Receive goods.

· Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.

· Maintain work area in a neat and organized manner.

· Track inventory and supplies at the direction of management.

· Preform cycle counts and inventory audits.

· Demonstrate sense of urgency to complete orders to deadlines, while maintaining good quality.

· Operate all warehouse equipment in accordance with operating procedures.

· Comply with all OSHA safety requirements.

· Create and write reports.

· Support various warehouse functions as needed.

· Knowledge of general warehouse practices

· Good attention to detail

· Proficient with basic word-processing and spreadsheet software.

· Able to follow written instructions for machine set-up and maintenance.

· Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task

· Ability to manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be physically able to move about freely and stand for long periods of time (up to an entire shift)

· Able to lift up to 60 pounds and willing to team lift items over 60 pounds.

· Ability to write summaries and reports.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Willingness to take direction and work within a group towards team goals.

· Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred.

· Mechanical knowledge for operating warehouse equipment

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.

· Experience in the follow software is preferred.
