Construction Program Manager - Supporting GA, NC, SC Teams (Louisville, Kentucky Based)

Job Summary: The Construction Program Manager’s responsibility is to support the Project Executive, and Project Managers of the GA, NC, SC, Team, in administration and program management to complete projects on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.

Job Duties & Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the Project Manager with new project setup, project administration, and project close-out.
• Assist the Project Manager with the maintenance of and document quality control throughout all assigned projects.
• Assist the Project Manager with reports and data to support project efficiencies.
• Support “ALL” Xpert field personnel with project-level administrative needs.
• Assist Project Manager with GC licenses ensuring all licenses remain current.
• Assist Project Manager with Complete permit applications, utility applications, credit applications, and monitoring through to approval.
• Assist the Project Manager with project close-out by providing support to all teams within the organization.
• Assist the Project Manager with the audit of project site safety reports, acquiring documentation for corrective actions, and saving documentation to the project management platform.
• Track all projects for information and provide updates.
• Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation.
• Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos, and reports, and ensuring that everyone is kept current on necessary company news and information.
• Travel coordination for events.
• Ability to work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent 3 years’ experience in a construction administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of administrative processes and procedures.
• Computer proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite needed: MS Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• An understanding of reviewing vendor contracts and the ability to look for key information.
• Highly motivated to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Customer service focused (i.e. generating accurate and timely results and effectively communicating to team members, co-workers, and management).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and self-manage workloads.
