Job Summary:
Candidates will need to be able to handle all store responsibilities with limited supervision. Employees work their shifts by themselves. You will be opening and closing the store, assisting customers with purchases, recommending products based on customer input, and troubleshooting common problems.· To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. General vaping knowledge is required, but higher-level knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers with finding the right products for their needs and go the extra mile to drive sales
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and accurate inventory
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Upsell products and services to maximize revenue
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

-Must be 21 years of age with valid ID

- Previous experience in customer service and retail sales preferred with vaping knowledge preferred

- Outstanding work ethic with a friendly demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle customer complaints

- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in technology sales and troubleshooting is desirable
