FVK is recruiting for a hospitality focused Refurb Tech to join our team! This position is responsible for demo, clean-up and reconstruction of sold apartments.

Because of the rotation schedule of weekends and holidays, basic Maintenance work is also expected. This is a Full-time opportunity with starting at $17.

• Responsible for tasks required to refurbish an apartment for resale. These may include, demolition work, moving interior walls, installing cabinets, installing showers, etc.
• Minor electrical and plumbing work required.
• Work with the Marketing Department to maintain current standards and needs as set forth by the Plant Director and Marketing.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have

• Technical Schooling or experience with carpentry / building background and / or proven work history preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, perform basic arithmetic and speak effectively. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
