Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Full Time - 7 am -3pm shift
Mira Vie at Green Knoll is an assisted living community located in Bridgewater, NJ. We are seeking a part time Licensed Practical Nurse for the 7am-3pm, 3pm- 11pm and 11pm - 7am shift.
Works with the Director of Health & Wellness to oversee and coordinate health care and custodial services for all residents.
Assists with the resident move-in process, six-month resident evaluations, development of resident care plans. Makes referrals and arrangements for supportive services as indicated and ordered by physician. Ongoing monitoring of resident's conditions and changes in condition, following the reporting chain of command for any resident change in condition and operational occurrences. Provides resident care and medication administration support as needed. Nursing documentation as per policy and other duties as assigned. Assists with supervision of resident care staff.
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with geriatric nursing experience a plus
All candidates are required to conduct a physical & drug screen.
