LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a full-time associate attorney with 2-5 years collections or related experience. Our Company represents creditors in collections matters. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to excel as a team member under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer. Associate Attorney is responsible for overseeing the legal department as well as managing a nationwide network of attorneys. This individual is responsible for tracking and following up with local counsel on referred accounts and tracking completion of litigation milestones. This person is also responsible for managing several individuals, ensuring the company’s vendors remain fully compliant with all the Company’s requirements and all relevant rules and regulations.
