I. JOB DESCRIPTION Department : Mold Location : Hazlehurst, MS Reports to : Department Supervisor II. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE Brings raw materials and other supplies to Machine Operators and some Packagers / Assemblers.

Shipping and receiving of products and materials. III. RESPONSIBILITY FOR WORK OF OTHERS None IV. BUSINESS COMMUNICATION Must be able to communicate with manager and co-workers.

V. SUPERVISION REQUIRED Supervision is moderate, involving contact with supervisor three to four times per shift. 1. EDUCATION REQUIRED Some education with the ability to read, add, subtract and multiply.

TRAINING AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Must be trained in forklift operation and general shipping / receiving procedures.

VIII. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Previous experience in a production environment. IX. TRAVEL REQUIRED None 1. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supply raw materials to Machine Operators / Packagers as needed.
• Place empty pallets next to machines and packaging / assembly areas.
• Assist with lifting and moving materials such as boxes of prongs, bar code labels and finished materials.
• Remove stacked pallets from machine / packaging areas and move them to elevator for Forklift Operator.
• A shift 11 : 15pm - 7 : 45am 1. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand;

walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit.

The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 75 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.

The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but hearing protection may be required depending on the department where the employee is assigned.
