The Goat seeks to hire a full time Kitchen Lead to join Goat Nation in Murfreesboro, Tennessee!
This role is responsible for leading kitchen standards, ensuring the kitchen meets or exceeds all internal standards and procures product as needed, re-stocks service areas, and assist with food prep and inventory as needed.
Qualified applicants will have achieved a High School Diploma or equivalent. ServSafe certification required. Previous experience leading bar or restaurant kitchen operations desired. Applicants must have strong leadership skills. Applicants must be able to multi-task, maintain a sense of urgency at all times, and be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, be a team player, and have a positive attitude. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and be able to follow and adhere to all alcohol service and liquor laws.
