Position Description:

We are seeing a Professional Services Engineer (PSE) at LCG as key part of our Netskope team directly supporting our federal client engagements. Assigned to multiple key clients for durations ranging from a few months to over a year, the PSE plays a pivotal role in the hands-on deployment, operation, and first-line support of the Netskope platform. The PSE collaborates closely with Technical Account Managers (TAM) to ensure effective rollout, testing, and functionality of our solutions. The role demands a strong technical acumen in networking, cloud technologies, and information security, coupled with a customer-centric approach aimed at forging robust relationships and accelerating the realization of customer ROI from the Netskope Cloud Security platform.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as an extension of the customer's security and cloud teams, providing comprehensive support for all activities related to the Netskope Cloud Security platform. This includes hands-on deployment support—from configuration and integration to full-scale production—to ensure a smooth transition from pilot phases to operational status.
• Assist in identifying customer needs which may include additional products, features, and training opportunities to enhance their security posture.
• Directly assist in the creation, configuration, and fine-tuning of policies to optimize the Netskope platform’s performance and security capabilities.
• Enable customer teams to fully understand and leverage Netskope products’ features and capabilities, aiming for increasing self-sufficiency in day-to-day operations.
• Produce detailed documentation that aligns with Netskope best practices and specific customer configurations. Create and maintain knowledge base content to capture new learnings for reuse across the customer base and within the company.
• Address and escalate critical customer issues to management as needed, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report any concerns related to customer retention and growth, collaborating with relevant Netskope team members on action plans to strengthen customer relationships.
• Provide weekly status reports to both the customer and LCG PMO, detailing progress, challenges, and milestones.
• Forge and maintain a productive working partnership with Netskope OEM teams to secure advanced level support when needed.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent technical experience.
• Proven experience in deploying, managing, and supporting secure web gateway, firewall, and cloud security applications such as CASB, SASE, and SSE.
• Experience with advanced Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, including the creation and management of DLP policies and processes.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and AJAX. Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl or Python.
• Understanding of data encryption technologies.
• Working understanding of business compliance requirements, including HIPAA, PCI, PII, ITAR, GLBA, SOX, GDPR, and others.
• Prior experience supporting Federal Cybersecurity Programs is considered a significant advantage.
• Completion of the Netskope Cloud Security Certification Program is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits 

The projected compensation range for this position is $210,00 to $280,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
