Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing engagement initiatives, developing programs, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to enhance community involvement
- Lead project management efforts to ensure successful program execution
- Collaborate with various departments to drive program development and implementation
- Conduct data collection and analysis to measure program effectiveness
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Utilize public speaking skills to represent the organization at events and conferences
- Engage in fundraising activities to support program sustainability
- Recruit and train volunteers for various engagement activities
- Provide addiction counseling services as needed

Skills:
- Strong project management abilities
- Background in social work or related field
- Proficiency in program development and public health initiatives
- Experience in fundraising and donor relations
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Ability to collect and analyze data for program evaluation
- Proficient in recruiting and supervising staff members
- Knowledge of addiction counseling techniques
