LCB Senior Living is currently seeking a Leasing Director for The Residence at Glastonbury, our Senior Living community in Glastonbury, CT. As Leasing Director, you will be charged to working with potential families to educate them on LCB Senior Living offerings and differentiators as you guide them through decision making to choose an LCB Senior Living community as their new home! An ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, confidence, persistence- a relationship builder with expertise in problem solving that strives for successful outcomes through strategic planning and execution.

Key responsibilities for the Leasing Director include:

• Supporting potential families in their exploration of senior living options and educate on LCB offerings to guide to choosing assigned community
• Achieve quarterly targets through successful sales execution and pipeline management
• Building and maintaining prospect and professional relationships through strong lead base and CRM management
• Marketing LCB Senior Living key differentiators to general market and industry professionals through strong value proposition development and articulation
• Developing strong professional relationships in target market that leads to qualified referrals to the community.

Key position requirements of the Leasing Director:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• 3-5 years of consumer-based sales experience- senior living, healthcare, hospitality preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Experience in usage of CRM application preferred
• A driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

b. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Requires the ability to assist in maintaining the overall census to budgeted goals or above. The ability to establish and maintain a positive image and productive relationships with marketing and referral sources is required. Organizational skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing is essential.
c. Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
d. Experience: Requires at least two years of occupancy/marketing/admissions experience or sales background, preferably in the health care or service industry.
e. Certificates/Licenses: Valid driver’s license in the state employed is required.
f. Travel: Position requires you to work in communities throughout the LCB portfolio. You must be able to travel Monday through Friday. Travel can be extensive depending on your community assignment.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Good physical and mental health. Finger and hand dexterity to manage and manipulate instruments and equipment. Visual and auditory acuity. Must be able to lift a minimum of fifteen (15) lbs. and be able to carry objects. Must be able to push and pull carts, and continuously walk, sit, and stand. Must be able to turn, crouch, kneel, stoop, bend below waist, and reach above shoulder height as tasks dictate. Must use good body mechanics. Should be neat and well groomed. Must be able to type and use a computer. Must project a positive attitude towards the service provided.
Associate is not subject to potential exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials, and to handling hazardous chemicals (Category 3).
