LC Lash & Brow Bar is seeking a part-time candidate who has more than 2 years experience as an esthetician and lash artist who is looking for a job career in a stable and positive environment.

As a leader in the brow, lash & skincare industry we are seeking a candidate that is willing to work at least 15 hours per week.

We are open Tuesday through Saturday by appointment only and we do take walk-ins. Eyelash extension experience is a must! We are an independently owned and operated luxury lash and brow bar located in Alpharetta, Ga.

Pay is hourly plus commission.

LC Lash & Brow Bar offers a full variety of esthetic treatments for our estheticians. We provide a full variety of services including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, brow wax & tint, brow lamination, henna brow tint, lash lift & tint, semi-permanent makeup, eyelash extensions and body contouring! Your guests can enjoy a full set of lash extensions with a brow wax & tint.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Responsible for achieving all Esthetics and Retail Sales Goals as outlined.
• Leads with a positive & professional attitude.
• This position is part-time and you are expected to perform spa services.
• Increase clientele by strategic and outreach marketing
• Meet biweekly with the Esthetics staff & Upper Management
• Performs services on clients
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service
• Attends all required training
• Social Media

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Licensed esthetician
• Eyelash extension experience a Must
• Able to perform brow tints, brow waxing, brow laminations, lash lifts & tints and facials
• Previous lash experience
• Previous retail experience
• Previous esthetics experience
• Previous customer service experience
