**Responsibilities:**

• **Booking Management:** Coordinate cruise bookings, including cabin selection, dining preferences, shore excursions, and any additional requests
• **Customization:** Personalize cruise packages to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client, including special occasions, dietary restrictions, and accessibility requirements
• **Price Negotiation:** Negotiate with cruise lines to secure the best rates, discounts, and exclusive perks for our clients
• **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of cruise bookings, client information, and communication for reference and follow-up
• **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests before, during, and after their cruise

**Requirements:**
