Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team. The Administrative Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office by helping to draft and edit proposals and execute daily office activities. This position has a large focus on word processing, customer service, and requires a versatile set of skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in an office setting
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with staff and clients required
-Experience in an Engineering office a plus
- Must be:
an accomplished typist with great accuracy
proficient with excel
adept at multitasking
versatile with strong problem solving skills
self-motivated
- QuickBooks knowledge a plus
- Ability to work M-F, 8am-5pm
Compensation/Benefits:
- Position pay range starts at $20, negotiable based on experience
