Our client, a Cool Springs based healthcare SAAS AI company in Franklin serving hospitals and payers, is seeking a business analyst consultant. This senior level analyst will work across departments to determine where all the company’s IP, PHI (protected healthcare data), and other confidential information is located, who has access, and create visual representations. The project will include a mapping of data flows through the various systems and processes. The 2nd phase of the project will be to determine if access is appropriate and if not how to “lock down” access. The project will report the firm’s legal counsel, but there will be various stakeholders including: Compliance, Data Science, Engineering, Operations, etc.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Strong written and oral communication skills and outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to analyze facts and relationships
• Highly curious and seeks to understand
• Ability to perform process flow management
• Ability to perform data mapping and visualizations
• Have experience in a SaaS technology
• Been familiar with agile development and operations
• Five years experience in business systems analysis, design, modeling, relational databases, technical writing and analysis roles
• Strong to expert understanding of the healthcare industry and the information exchange between providers, clearinghouses, payer and employers
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to interact with both internal staff and customer data representatives at all levels, including C-Suite

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in (strong preference)

Duration: 3 months, but likely could go longer
