Lawrence Berkeley National Lab’s (LBNL) Projects & Infrastructure Modernization Division has an opening for a Construction Manager to join the team.
In this role, you will manage planning and oversight of construction and demolition performed by outside contractors and oversee day-to-day construction activities including safety/permitting compliance and quality control while minimizing operational impacts. The Construction Manager ensures safe working conditions on all projects and assists the Project Manager in the development of scope, schedule and budget as requested. Typical projects include research laboratories, offices, data centers, as well as infrastructure improvements including civil, telecom, electrical, mechanical, controls projects, remediation and demolition. The Construction Manager may manage multiple projects or a single large, complex project.
