ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Prepare required daily vendor reports for special order parts.

• Identify parts based on technicians’ descriptions and requirements

• Shops for best price through vendors.

• Creates and posts SOP order on the computer.

• Places orders and follows through on all back ordered parts

• Responsible for cross referencing different vendor part numbers

• Maintain manufacturer scorecards & report on a monthly basis

• Attend all company required meetings.

• Additional responsibilities as requested or required.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Knowledge of RV parts preferred
