SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for preparation and processing title transactions, inspections, and reports.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Break down opportunities

Prepare, process, and correct all title transactions.

Apply for duplicate titles or lost tags as needed.

Must constantly keep abreast of changing regularity information by monitoring DMV websites and ensuring that their practices are in alignment with updated regulations.

Assist and provide Accounting Department and Wholesale Department with copies of titles as needed.

Attend all company required meetings.

Additional responsibilities as requested or required.

 QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

Attention to detail and thorough follow-up skills.

Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Previous tag & title clerk experience preferred.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English

EDUCATION:

HS Diploma or equivalent; Notary Certification preferred
