SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing support to internal customers on parts and accessories requiring an elevated level of expertise, estimates and/or installation. The Internal Parts Specialist role is designed to increase parts and accessories sales by effectively working together with internal customers.
Professionally assist internal customers in providing information and estimates on parts and accessories
Be available and mobile to assist internal/external customers throughout the dealership and resort, making it a seamless experience for the customer.
Follow up with customers in a timely manner
Research pricing and availability of parts and billing customer for parts and accessories.
Receive part requests and verify information.
Verify orders and shipments, and follow through to insure quality installation.
Maintain communication with customer and vendor source, and monitor shipping and installation of product.
Pull parts from warehouse as needed
Prepare required reports.
Attend all company required meetings and training.
Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Previous RV/auto parts experience preferred.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic Accounting skills.
Ability to use telephone, calculator, fax machine & computer keyboard.
Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
