Lazydays RV is Hiring a Body Shop Coordinator Near Seffner, FL

Review ROs to verify that all parts, labor rates, jobs line coding, and tech stories are accurate for processing
Handle paperwork in accordance with warranty/retail procedures.
Create Body, Cabinet, and Glass shop R.O.s as needed
Add jobs to open repair orders as needed by advisors, techs, and delivery/service managers.
Maintain communications with Shop Manager, advisors, and customers, to keep them informed on status of repairs.
Return all phone and email messages in a timely manner.
Responsible for the in –process RO’s for Body and Glass shops (Includes retail, warranty and insurance work)
Responsible for contacting necessary departments when needed in order to close R.O. (parts, techs, warranty etc)
Responsible for completing the paperwork to completed status as they are completed.
Assure advisor and/or cashier receives information on completed R.O.
Coordinate with advisors and cashiers on all necessary documents that are to be signed and payment arrangements that are to be made, at or before pickup.
Contacts insurance companies for supplements and final invoicing
Ensure all documentation is provided when required – either by manufactures or company process
Review, book and pre-invoice stock unit tickets, delivery repair orders, and Specialty Shop repair orders when necessary
Assist manager with day to day activities to maintain a continuous flow of work through the shops
Assists/fills in for other specialty shop RO personnel when needed
Attend all company required meetings and training.
Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
