We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and security. The Facilities Manager will also be in charge of developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safety and efficiency of our facilities. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance and repair of all equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage the budget for facility operations.
  • Develop and implement facility policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
