It is festival season therefore we do not have a set location; we work at different events throughout the week/weekend. In the colder months we are stationed at regular singular locations.

Simple job, our main foods are wings, seafood, and fries.

Be able to fry the food without killing it! Show up on time, with positive mood, reliable transportation.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stockstations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is cooked in a timely manner and meets the quality standards of the restaurant
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Requirements:
- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with other kitchen staff members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 32 per week
