Your Role at Lazarus 3D

In this role, you will develop short term marketing strategies, materials, and conduct activities to support our unique medical training and surgical planning product lines. This role focuses on downstream, customer-facing marketing including creating digital content, marketing messaging, owning the annual digital strategy, and supporting the sales force with creative ideas. As the first marketing hire for Lazarus 3D, your engagement with upper management and sales leaders will offer significant growth opportunities to the right candidate. Additionally, as the first marketing hire candidates should be prepared to perform the technical aspects of their duties independently.

Essential Job Functions:

• Support our vision and mission: To improve patient surgical outcomes.
• Proactively promotes a positive culture and commitment to customer success.
• Comply with Lazarus 3D’s Quality System.
• Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
• Embrace company core values.
• Design and procure assets (Brochures, backdrops, banners, etc.) in support of events.
• Manage company social media.
• Develop sales collateral (brochures, pamphlets, IFUs, etc.)
• Organize and attend conferences and events.
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Executive teams to inform the company’s commercialization strategy.
• Perform preliminary market research for potential products

Qualifications and Critical Skills/Expertise:

• Production of marketing assets for physical products.
• Experience with digital marketing and/or social media.
• B.S. in a related field preferred.

Other Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of Medical Device marketing and associated regulations is preferred.

Required Familiarity with the following Equipment:

• Adobe Illustrator or equivalent.
• Canva / Figma or equivalent
• Experience with software for creating digital materials & video, with a preference for familiarity with website maintenance and refinement.

Working Environment & Physical Requirements:

Work will primarily be performed in an office environment, but travel for events is required. 1-2 events per month are anticipated. As part of event set up and take down, some physical activity including occasionally lifting or moving up to 40 pounds is expected, as is standing for extended periods of time.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly:

• Experience prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and occasional fast walking.
• Use hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate hand tools.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• May have infrequent limited exposure to biologics and chemicals.
