Rate: $20.00/hr

Schedule: Shifts available 7 days a week from 4p-12p and 11p-7a PART-TIME

TheSpirit of the Position:

The Parking Ambassador provides operational support by upholdingand enforcing the parking guidelines while assisting customers with parkingneeds. The Parking Ambassador will accurately key vehicle license platesutilizing a Hand Held Ticket Issuance System to issue parking citations as wellas greet and assist customers throughout the property.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor on-street parking meters for vehicles in violation ofparking ordinances by following an assigned route.
• Issue parking citationsand warnings for vehicles in violation of property's policies and procedures.
• Screen for parking placards and permits for special privileges within approvedareas.
• Resolve customer complaints in accordance with policies andprocedures.
• Maintain and care for all company issued equipment.
• Assist withany special assignments and projects as requested.
• Other related duties asassigned.

Experience:

• A minimum of 6 months of outdoor work experience is required.
• General knowledge of streets and directions is required.

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain,etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand,walk and run for extended periods of time.
