Position Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Associate to join our team. As a Retail Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, maintain the store, and help drive sales while embodying our commitment to excellent service and gaming passion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist shoppers in finding products and answer questions about merchandise.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Sales:
• Promote products, special offers, and discounts.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs and enhance sales.
• Cashiering:
• Operate the cash register, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Process returns and exchanges according to store policies.
• Merchandising:
• Stock shelves and ensure they are organized and presentable.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock counts.
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays.
• Store Maintenance:
• Keep the store clean and tidy, including floors, shelves, tables, and bathrooms
• Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management regarding issues or concerns.
• Security:
• Be vigilant in preventing theft and report any suspicious activities.
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email when necessary.
• Training and Development:
• Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and store policies.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for trading card games and tabletop gaming is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
