Summary
The Systems Engineering Director is responsible for leading and managing all systems engineering services projects. These projects are SCADA, networking, controls, software, and utility intensive. As the leader of Systems Engineering the role includes responsibility for project delivery, team implementation and development, technical innovation and financial performance for the line of business. This role will collaborate significantly with other internal line of business leads to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This leader will be responsible for developing and maintaining an engaging and fulfilling work environment for the teams under management.

Work is typically performed in an environment, using simple, easy muscular movements, involving only the handling of light materials, tools, or equipment in easy work positions, and with no special speed requirements or long stretches of exertion. Vision requirements for this job include close vision and the ability to focus. Remaining in a stationary position and in front of a computer screen for prolonged periods will be necessary. Repeating motions such as typing, that may include wrists, hands and/or fingers are necessary.
