LAYCO Electric Innovations, a $40M electrical manufacturer of E-Houses and skid mounted equipment is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Material Handler. Overview
This position assist with the daily operations of the warehouse. Consisting of shipping and receiving of goods sold and purchased. Assisting in handling paperwork and data entry for the warehouse.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive goods in ERP system.
- Accurately ship goods in ERP system.
- Maintain, count, & communicate inventory adjustments
- Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to policy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient with general paperwork & data entry.
- Proficient with general computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Shipping & Receiving experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require lifting, standing, and carrying.
- Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
