Sr. Sourcing Manager - High Touch

About the role: We are looking for a Sr. Sourcing Manager - High Touch with outstanding customer service skills and a keen eye for detail to join our pharmaceutical meetings team! In this role, you will responsible for site sourcing, vendor contract negotiation, and cost savings generation for high touch meetings, including OCEO and Product launches. The Sr. Sourcing Manager can seamlessly manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast past environment. You must also be able to keep current on industry trends and new destination options that are appropriate for c-suite and large/complex meetings.

As a Sr. Sourcing Manager, you will have:

• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills

You're good at:

• Managing the complex world of negotiating high profile and large complex meeting
• Carefully handling confidential information responsibly

You might also have:

• Experience in a healthcare setting.
• Pharmaceutical meeting & event experience.
• A bachelor's degree in related field.

You should know:

• This role is virtual
• Our standard working hours are 8:30 AM -5:30 PM with an hour break
• Covid vaccination might be required for this role

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Sourcing Manager is between $60,000 - $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
