Lawson Construction Plumbing, LLC is Hiring a Construction Supervisor Near Clearwater, FL

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule, manage and supervise manpower on construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

- Coordinate with General Contractor, Project Manager, site Superintendent and Subcontractors

- Attend project meetings

- Coordinate and schedule inspections, as needed

- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns

- Provide guidance and support to construction teams, including training and mentoring

- Monitor project expenses, assist in monthly billing by phases

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction supervision or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing construction code, processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction drawings
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
