**SIGN ON BONUS: FT RN - $5000 for experienced / $3000 for new grad**
Job Objective/Summary: Provides overall supervision of the organization in collaboration with and in the absence of the administrative/executive team. Makes administrative decisions, collaborates with the Nursing Director and other departments, ensures patient and staff safety, and oversees the functioning of the organization. Assists with and facilitates clinical functions.
Job Education, Licenses/Certification, Knowledge & Experience: Graduate of accredited school of nursing and licensed by the state of Arkansas. Experience working in Med Surg and Emergency Departments in an RN capacity is preferred. License/Certification(s): Current Arkansas RN license, BLS certification. NIH, ACLS, and PALS certified within 6 months of hire.
